A Snapshot of Your Day

You lead the overall operation of the Accounting Service Centre Europe, covering General Ledger, Closing & Reporting, Fixed Assets, and related process improvements across the region. You collaborate with the Head of Accounting for service areas and key stakeholders to align updates for the regional CFO community, and you drive harmonization initiatives within your remit. You mentor talent, review KPIs with the wider team, and participate in regional review meetings to identify improvement opportunities. You work as the global sponsor for Accounts Receivable and coordinate with service provider regions to simulate strategic thinking and drive the selection of tools. You end your day in discussions with the Global Head of Accounting Services and your Americas-based peer.
