We’re hiring a Head of AI & Data Engineering to help us build the future of intelligent automation in Fin
Tech.

You will be responsible for building and leading the team delivering
- generation AI capabilities. In this role, you’ll drive the technical foundation for integrating LLMs and generative AI into our product, while also building robust data pipelines to fuel both AI models and business analytics

We’re not looking for a research lead. We’re looking for a builder, someone who can deploy working models, guide technical decisions, and mentor a small but growing team of engineers. You’ll work closely with product and architecture leads to shape roadmaps and ship real value, fast.

What you’ll do:

Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions across our product ecosystem.

Own the data architecture; data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, and ensure it’s built for AI/ML consumption.

Collaborate with
- functional teams to turn strategy into working features.

Build and mentor a
- performing AI/data team.

Set technical standards and get
- on with code and
- solving.

Drive experimentation, prototyping, and iterative development of AI tools.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in data engineering and AI/ML, with leadership experience.

Deep technical knowledge of data pipelines, ETL, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).

Strong mathematical background and
- on experience with building and deploying AI models.

A strategic,
- focused mindset, you know how to ship.

Startup sensibility: pragmatic, curious,
- on, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Experience leading by example, not just managing people.
