Your Mission:

Project Framing

- Define objectives, scope, risks, and dependencies

- Confirm sponsorship and business rationale (including ROI)

- Estimate effort and onboard key contributors

Study & Design Phase

- Gather business requirements, define cost and timeline

- Coordinate experts to design effective solutions

- Identify risks, dependencies, and financial impact

- Design governance and execution roadmap

- Secure resources and funding

Execution Phase

- Drive roadmap execution and ensure alignment

- Monitor risks, issues, and budget consumption

- Escalate when needed and adjust plans

- Lead governance meetings and reporting

Completion Phase

- Collect feedback and identify best practices

- Update project management toolkit with lessons learned
