ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re a bootstrapped, founder‑led company entering an aggressive growth chapter — investing heavily in building a world‑class B2B engine on top of a product already trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. Over the past six months, we’ve started laying the foundations of our enterprise GTM motion and have already landed multiple Fortune 1000 customers.
Now we’re hiring the marketing leader who will take this early foundation and scale it into a predictable, high‑performing demand engine. As Head of B2B Marketing , you’ll own pipeline creation and acceleration across our top ICPs — including data intelligence, scraping, cybersecurity, fintech, analytics, and e‑commerce. You’ll architect our demand programs, run multi‑channel campaigns, launch our webinar engine, stand up enterprise nurture, and build the first version of our B2B marketing stack.
You’ll partner directly with the CMO and collaborate tightly with Sales to ensure campaigns convert into real revenue. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership, player‑coach role at a pivotal moment in the company’s B2B expansion. If you want to build the engine — not inherit one — this is that kind of opportunity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own Pipeline Generation & Acceleration
- Full ownership of pipeline targets across our highest‑value ICPs.
- Plan and execute programs that warm up key accounts, educate buyers, and accelerate deals through the funnel.
- Own campaign experimentation, reporting cadence, and attribution modeling.
Build the Demand Engine from the Ground Up
- Launch the first version of our enterprise nurture system.
- Run the first webinars and develop a repeatable content distribution program.
- Execute Tier‑1 ICP campaigns informed by persona insights and market signals.
Architect Our B2B Marketing Stack
- Implement and optimize a modern stack which currently includes Dealfront, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Iterable.
- Define processes for account intelligence, signals routing, and campaign attribution.
Run Multi‑Channel Campaigns with Clear ROI
- Execute targeted campaigns across Linked
In, email, content syndication, events, and community channels. - Develop industry‑specific playbooks and vertical narratives that resonate with technical and data‑heavy buyers.
Partner Closely with Sales and Product Teams
- Align with SDRs and AEs on messaging, targeting, sequencing, and priority accounts.
- Ensure Sales receives campaign insights, context, and actionable enablement when needed.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing counterparts on positioning, ICP definitions, value messaging, and team enablement.
Operate as a Player‑Coach
- Execute while setting clear strategy, standards, and expectations for the rest of the team.
- Bring structure, predictability, and clarity to the B2B marketing rhythm.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation, campaigns, and pipeline impact, with at least 2+ years in management.
- Proven experience building or meaningfully scaling at least one high‑performing channel.
- Strong project management skills across cross‑functional workstreams.
- Analytical, curious, and comfortable operating in high‑velocity environments with ambiguity.
- A natural builder : hands‑on, high‑agency, ambitious, and fast‑learning.
- Excellent communicator who aligns stakeholders and brings clarity.
- Skilled at using AI tools to accelerate throughput.
- Fluent English (Lithuanian is a bonus).
- Bonus : Experience with technical or data‑heavy buyers.
SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS
- Start generating B2B pipeline while building longer‑term foundations.
- Launch the first multi‑channel marketing campaign to Territory Accounts.
- Deliver first enterprise webinars that generate meaningful engagement.
- Stand up our first enterprise nurture system.
- Implement the early B2B marketing tech stack.
- Establish a consistent monthly pipeline and campaign rhythm.
