Key Responsibilities

• Lead De
  Fi liquidity initiatives across AMMs, staking systems, and DAO incentives
• Design capital-efficient incentive frameworks to drive
  - term ecosystem adoption
• Coordinate multichain liquidity strategy across decentralized markets and protocol partners
• Collaborate with treasury teams, governance contributors , and protocol DAOs
• Analyze
  - chain capital flows and protocol performance to shape liquidity decisions

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain liquidity , De
  Fi growth , or token incentive strategy
• Deep understanding of AMM mechanics , time-locked incentives , and DAO structures
• Proven ability to design
  - based models aligned with governance and capital goals
• Skilled in tools like Dune, De
  Fi
  Llama, Nansen, Flipside
• Committed to building within decentralized ecosystems , not legacy fintech
