Key Responsibilities

• Lead De
  Fi liquidity initiatives across AMMs, staking systems, and DAO incentives
• Design capital‑efficient incentive frameworks to drive term ecosystem adoption
• Coordinate multichain liquidity strategy across decentralized markets and protocol partners
• Collaborate with treasury teams, governance contributors, and protocol DAOs
• Analyze chain capital flows and protocol performance to shape liquidity decisions

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain liquidity, De
  Fi growth, or token incentive strategy
• Deep understanding of AMM mechanics, time‑locked incentives, and DAO structures
• Proven ability to design incentive models aligned with governance and capital goals
• Skilled in tools like Dune, De
  Fi Llama, Nansen, Flipside
• Committed to building within decentralized ecosystems, not legacy fintech
