About The Role
The Head of Brand is the guardian and architect of our brand identity, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. You will own the complete brand experience, defining and enforcing identity standards and governance across all touchpoints, leading all creative and campaign outputs from concept to delivery, and operating the design and content function while maintaining absolute control over asset production and version discipline.
Core Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
- Define, evolve, and protect the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all markets and channels.
- Establish and enforce brand standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
- Own the brand positioning and messaging architecture.
- Monitor brand health and perception, driving continuous improvement.
Creative Leadership
- Lead all creative and campaign development from concept through to delivery.
- Direct the creative vision across campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Review and approve all creative outputs to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Foster a culture of creative excellence and innovation within the team.
Design & Content Operations
- Operate and scale the design and content function.
- Control all asset production workflows and processes.
- Maintain and evolve the comprehensive asset library.
- Ensure version control discipline across all brand materials.
- Optimize production timelines without compromising quality.
Campaign Delivery
- Guarantee on‑time, on‑brand delivery of all campaigns.
- Balance speed and quality, ensuring outputs meet required standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for campaign performance and creative effectiveness.
Team Management
- Manage and develop direct reports (designers, editors, animators) based in Europe and the Philippines.
- Build and scale the creative team and a network of freelancers and collaborators as the business grows.
- Foster creative collaboration across Strategy, Brand & Creative, Marketing Operations and the broader commercial/Go‑to‑market team.
This role is designed for impact, and we expect you to spend time on site at our offices or a client location for collaboration sessions, customer meetings, and internal workshops.
Requirements
Experience
- Experience in brand management, creative direction, or related roles; client‑side B2B experience is a big bonus.
- Proven track record of building and protecting brand identity at scale.
- Experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective omni‑channel campaigns at pace without sacrificing quality.
Skills & Competencies
- Brand expertise: deep understanding of brand strategy, identity systems, and governance.
- Creative director & producer: strong creative vision with the ability to brief, review, elevate and manage the delivery of creative work.
- Operational excellence: systematic approach to asset management, workflows, and quality control.
- Leadership: ability to identify, inspire and develop creative talent.
- Communication: exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical knowledge: understanding of design systems, production processes, and digital platforms.
- Software: highly confident in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Google Slides; Linked
