Head Of Business Analysis
Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and
- driven
Head of Business Analysts
to lead global business analysis efforts across our B2B2C platforms, including
Settlement
and
Partner
Hub
. This role is central to driving successful Saa
S implementations, shaping product strategy, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery. You will oversee a team of analysts, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to product innovation and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and mentor a global team of business analysts across multiple Saa
S projects. - Define and evolve business analysis frameworks and best practices for agile and waterfall implementations.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and delivery teams to align business requirements with strategic goals.
- Drive ideation and continuous improvement initiatives across B2B2C platforms.
Product & Commercialization
- Support
- sales activities including product demonstrations and RFP responses. - Contribute to product roadmap planning, market analysis, and UI/UX enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for VAS monetization and OTT integrations.
- Deliver compelling value propositions and commercial presentations to clients and partners.
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee

- end business analysis processes from RFP to
- live and change requests. - Ensure accurate documentation of functional and business requirements.
- Optimize project delivery through effective resource allocation and sprint planning.
- Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements across implementations.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams, clients, and executive leadership.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting directly to C-Level stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across

- Extensive experience in
