Job Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the product strategy for future collections, ensuring alignment with Parfois' brand vision and market demands.
2. Analyze fashion trends and category performance to guide strategic decisions in product development, ensuring commercial relevance across global markets.
3. Oversee supplier sourcing and negotiation processes, building strong partnerships, and ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
4. Supervise validation of product samples, guaranteeing alignment with specifications and collection goals.
5. Monitor and interpret sales, stock, and budget reports; transform data into actionable insights to optimize assortment, increase profitability, and support growth targets.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a
  - related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Buying role.
• Previous experience in the Apparel/Textile category.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of the fashion industry, markets, materials, and composition.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
