Head of Cash Operations & Reconciliation

Azqore partners with Indosuez Wealth Management, Crédit Agricole Group, and Capgemini to deliver integrated digital banking products and services from hubs in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal.

The Cash Operations & Reconciliation team plays a critical role in managing cash remittances, FX/MM operations, confirmations reconciliation and cash management of secondary nostro accounts. The Head of Cash Operations & Reconciliation will be responsible for launching this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with the experienced team in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and control of cash operations processes.
• Management of FX/MM teams and reconciliation & investigation teams.
• Ensuring operational efficiency, low risk and alignment with company goals.
• Act as point of escalation for European clients on all cash operations queries.
• Lead projects and initiatives, drive cross‑border collaboration and enhance client service standards.
• Propose and implement value‑add solutions to improve profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Cash Operations & Reconciliation and at least 5 years of people management experience.
• Bachelor degree (preferred Master) in Accountancy, Banking & Finance.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Client service orientation, strong stakeholder management skills and risk awareness.
• Technical knowledge of the Azqore system (S2i) and strong process excellence mindset.
