We're seeking a Head of Content to lead, scale, and evolve a
- performing content organization across multiple brands and markets. If you’re an experienced content leader with a strong track record in team management, process optimization, and localization strategy, this is your opportunity to shape the future of content at Medier.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, Optimize & Scale the Team: Build and manage a
- performing,
- layered content team across brands and regions. Foster leadership at all levels and ensure efficient team structures that support scale.
Drive Process Optimization: Establish streamlined content workflows, leverage automation tools, and continuously improve efficiency across planning, production, localization, and delivery.
Ensure Quality & SLA Management: Implement clear quality standards and SLAs for all content types. Build systems to track performance, reduce errors, and ensure consistent brand and regulatory compliance.
Develop a Scalable Localization Framework: Create and manage localization processes that ensure cultural relevance, language accuracy, and brand consistency across markets.
Set Content Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a
- thinking content strategy that aligns with organizational goals and integrates across CRM, SEO, Product, and Marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

Multi-Brand Expertise: Proven experience in scaling content production across multiple brands and geographies.
Localization Knowledge: Deep understanding of localization frameworks tailored to language, cultural, and
- specific requirements.
Process and Automation Savvy: Hands-on experience in defining processes, setting software automation rules, and ensuring compliance across stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Strong track record in managing and mentoring teams of content creators, translators, and proofreaders.
Quality Control: Expertise in managing SLAs and quality control processes to maintain high content standards.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a
- paced environment.
Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with
- functional teams.
