Head of Contracts and Maintenance Management

- bearer for excellence, luxury, and innovation. We are seeking a Head of Contracts and Maintenance Management with a strategic and technical vision to lead the asset preservation and technical operations across our prestigious hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop the Maintenance Management structure from the ground up, defining processes and standards to meet strategic objectives.
• Lead the planning and control of all preventive, corrective, and mandatory legal maintenance. Manage asset inventory, ensuring complete and reliable records in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Lead the internal technical team (including shift planning and performance reviews) and supervise the performance of external service providers (maintenance, security, energy, and specialized services).
• Act as the organization's representative before regulatory bodies (ADENE, ANEPC, DGEG, etc. ), assuming roles as Technical Maintenance Manager (TRM) and Safety Delegate to manage safety plans, evacuation procedures, and regulatory certifications (SCIE).
• Manage technical budgets, costs, and financial control, providing periodic reports to the Executive Management/Board.
• Serve as the Energy Manager, focusing on efficiency and sustainability in accordance with ADENE regulations.
• Negotiate, manage, and audit all subcontract (maintenance, specialized services, cleaning, security, etc. ) and related purchasing.
• Provide technical support and oversight for maintenance/conservation investment proposals and project phases.

Candidate Profile

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering (or similar field).
• Member of the Order of Engineers.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in coordination roles within maintenance and conservation.
• Proven knowledge and experience in Project/Construction Management and Subcontract/Vendor Management.
• Solid experience in Cost Management and Budget Control.
• Experience in the Hotel and Tourism sector.
• Technical experience with HVAC systems, Industrial Cooling, and Commercial Kitchen Equipment.
• Recognized as a Technical Maintenance Manager (TRM) by ADENE.
• Experience or recognized training as a Safety Delegate (ANEPC).
• Knowledge of English (fluency preferred).
