- house photographer, and one copywriter. You will partner closely with our Creative Director to produce compelling editorial and campaign shoots while ensuring our e
Commerce photo studio operates at peak efficiency. Your role will balance creative vision with operational excellence to uphold our brand imagery and meet deadlines across various deliverables.
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role within a brand environment, demonstrating a strong background in both creative and operational aspects of content production.
2. Creative and Operational Balance:
Ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency. Proven track record of managing content processes and teams effectively.
3. Aesthetic Sense:
Strong aesthetic sensibility and an understanding of how to enhance content quality and impact.
4. AI Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity with new AI technologies for asset and video creation. Ability to integrate these tools into the content production process to drive innovation and efficiency.
5. Budget Management:
Experience in managing production budgets and making
- effective decisions without compromising quality.
6. Collaboration Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams.
7. Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Familiarity with content production tools and platforms. Proficiency in relevant software (e. G. , Adobe Creative Suite).

Develop and manage content strategies that serve all brand channels, including wholesale and e

3. Team Management:
Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, a photographer, and a copywriter. Provide guidance and support to ensure

4. Process Optimization:
Streamline content production processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices for asset creation and delivery.
5. Collaboration:
Partner with the Creative Director to produce and manage editorial and campaign shoots. Work closely with the marketing team to align content with strategic goals.
