We seek a Head of Data Retail Sector- willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid model (**Lisboa).

Are you the one?

• Define and implement effective data strategies that maximize data quality, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead foundational data projects to support business operations with reliable, consistent, and scalable data sources.
• Actively contribute to
  - functional initiatives, fostering a
  - driven culture across the organization.
• Strengthen and evolve data governance standards, focusing on secure and reliable data management.
• Oversee a scalable and
  - performing data architecture.
• Manage the full data lifecycle: collection, storage, integration, and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor the Data Engineering team, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strong communication between the Data team, internal stakeholders, and business units, translating needs into effective data solutions.
• Strong project management skills in IT/data initiatives, with solid knowledge of data engineering—especially within Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Run.
• Excellent conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills, with emotional maturity and diplomacy.
• Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
