Your new Role
The Head of Data Products & Analytics will lead
- impact Data Products across Havi’s Supply Chain domains. Own the creation, adoption, and business value of
- aligned data products – covering Distribution & Freight, GBS/Control Tower, HR, Global Markets, Legal, and CREM areas. Deliver trusted datasets, a robust semantic/metrics layer, and scalable BI and
- service analytics that fuel
- making, automation, and AI through the enterprise AI Gateway/RAG.
The Head of Data Products & Analytics will drive delivery through the domain triad model – Data Product Owner - IA Pod Lead - Solution Architect – translating business needs into scalable solutions. Partner with Data Enablement & Governance to ensure certification and policy alignment, and with Security to operationalize models across batch,
- time, and AI use cases. Focus on measurable outcomes and enable trusted,
- driven decisions.
The Head of Data Products & Analytics will:
Strategy & Operating Model:
- Own the Data Products & Analytics strategy and roadmap;
- Lead the domaintriad model – Data Product Owner - IA Pod Lead - Solution Architect – to deliver aligned, scalable solutions;
- Define and maintain the semantic layer and certified KPIs to ensure consistency and avoid metric drift.
Data Product Management:
- Guide Domain Data Product Owners in shaping backlogs, value hypotheses, and acceptance criteria;
- Ensure clear documentation, SLA’s, and certified datasets by partnering with Data Enablement & Governance on contracts, lineage, and quality gates.
Analytics Engineering & BI:
- Deliver tested, versioned dbt models and BI-ready marts;
- Promote
- service analytics and data literacy;
- Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and drive performance and cost efficiency across analytics workloads.
Applied Data Science & Experimentation:
- Prioritize and deliver forecasting, optimization, and propensity models with clear success metrics;
- Collaborate with Intelligent Automation, AI COE, and Security to deploy models (batch/real-time) and implement RAG patterns with proper guardrails.
Adoption & Value Realization:
- Drive adoption of certified data products and dashboards;
- Track usage, gather feedback, and deprecate redundant pipelines;
- Work with PMO to quantify impact – reducing decision latency, cycle time, and

- serve – while improving OTIF and other KPI’s.
Governance & Risk:
- Ensure secure access and data protection for sensitive domains like HR and Legal through masking and strict controls;
- Align with privacy, retention, and residency policies;
- Guarantee analytics and data science work adheres to architectural standards and passes design reviews.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Coordinate with EPAM (via Data Enablement & Governance) to ensure source data is performant, certified, and ready for use;
- Guide EY and other partners to deliver within defined standards and ensure smooth handover to internal teams.
What you will need to succeed
To succeed as an Head of Data Products & Analytics you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , Applied Mathematics , Data Science/Analytics , Statistics , Industrial Engineering , Operations Research or related (mandatory);
- Master’s Degreein Data Science/Analytics or MBA in Analytics or Product focus (would be a plus);
- Certifications in dbt (Fundamentals/AE), Snowflake Snow
Pro , Databricks , Google/AWS , Power BI , Tableau , Looker/Look
ML , Scrum Product Owner , SAFe POPM (would be a plus);
- Credentials in Supply Chain , such as APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP (would be a plus);
- Knowledge in SQL , Data Modeling , statistics/experimentation , and cloud data warehousing (would be preferred);
- +10 years of experience working in Analytics/Data , including:
- 3-5 years leading Data Product teams (POs/AE/BI/DS);
- Solid experience in Data Modeling (dimensional/star and data vault), dbt/SQL, orchestration and modern warehouses (Databricks);
- Experience leading applied Data Science – forecasting, optimization, experimentation and partnering to serve models via platforms (MLflow/feature store/real-time serving or RAG);
- Working knowledge of data contracts, quality/lineage and security/privacy for sensitive domains (HR/Legal data);
- Understanding of Supply Chain Data – orders, shipments, lanes,

- serve and OTIF (would be a plus);

- adoption BI/self-serve;
