Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of De
Fi Growth & Liquidity Strategy to lead multichain capital deployment, optimize incentive design, and scale
- level liquidity operations.

This is a strategy and execution role focused on capital coordination across decentralized markets.

It requires practical knowledge of
- chain financial systems, treasury workflows, and
- aligned liquidity programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  - side liquidity initiatives across decentralized exchanges, staking systems, and lending platforms
• Design and manage incentive structures aligned with treasury governance and financial sustainability
• Coordinate liquidity planning and capital allocation across multichain De
  Fi ecosystems
• Track capital flows and liquidity performance using
  - chain data platforms
• Collaborate with protocol teams, financial stewards, and partner networks to scale adoption
• Align incentive models with governance processes and network growth strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in liquidity strategy, blockchain finance, or
  - based growth operations
• Strong understanding of decentralized market mechanisms and
  - chain coordination systems
• Experience structuring incentive frameworks that align with protocol objectives
• Proficiency with
  - chain analytics and financial modeling tools
• Full-time contributor to Web3 ecosystems — not transitioning from Saa
  S, fintech, or corporate strategy roles
