ROLE:

• Participate in the conception stage with internal clients to translate ideas into projects
• Create and document solutions for internal and external customers problems related to frontend and backend platforms
• Define the roadmap and priorities of developments
• Manage a team of designers and web developers and ensure quality execution
• Improve the software development proccess and testing procedures, technology of the web apps, servers, version control software

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• STEM Degree (sciences, technology, engineering or maths), or degree in management or similar (preferential)
• At least 1 year of experience managing projects in a creative setting (preferential)
• Knowledge about the development and design of online sites (PHP/My
  SQL/javascript/css)
• Ability to manage many different jobs and meet deadlines consistently
• Fast learner and sense of responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
