We are seeking an experienced Head of Edits to lead our editing team and oversee the entire
- production process. This senior role is critical to maintaining the quality and consistency of our video content, ensuring alignment with the creative vision of our
- learning projects. You will not only handle planning and quality control but also lead a newly formed team of editors to produce engaging,
- standard medical content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the editing team, creating workflows and fostering a collaborative environment.
  
• Editing Oversight: Oversee the entire editing process, from rough cuts to final delivery, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of quality.
  
• Planning & Coordination: Create and manage the editing schedule, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining efficiency.
  
• Quality Control: Perform detailed reviews of all edits, with a strong focus on detail and color management.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the animation and graphic design teams to integrate animations seamlessly into video content.
  
• Process Optimization: Explore and implement new tools or techniques, such as Da
  Vinci Resolve or AI-driven solutions, to enhance workflows.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of
  - quality work.
  
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro is required. Familiarity with Da
  Vinci Resolve is a strong advantage.
  
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team, with the ability to establish efficient workflows.
  
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail, especially in color management and maintaining consistency across edits.
  
• Creative Vision: Ability to align the editing process with the overall creative and educational objectives.
