Head of Fiduciary Operations in Europe
Overview
We are seeking a talented leader to join Marsh Mc
Lennan's Fiduciary Operations team as Head of Fiduciary Operations in Europe. The role is flexible in location: Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 150 colleagues across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Deliver and optimize the regional Fiduciary target operating model, including People, Process, and Location strategies.
- Oversee core activities such as accrual, invoicing, and credit control, ensuring KPIs like budget, time to invoice, and days receivables outstanding are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive process improvements, enhance client service, and implement best practices.
- Manage financial and regulatory controls, ensuring compliance and supporting transformation initiatives within the Fiduciary function.
What you need to have
- Approximately 20 years of professional experience in large, multinational organizations.
- Proven experience (5+ years) leading
- scale fiduciary or customer accounts operations, with a strong understanding of the work involved. - Experience managing virtual teams across multiple locations, including offshore teams.
- Demonstrated success in leading transformation and change management at scale and pace.
- Strong
- building, communication, and influencing skills, with a focus on operational excellence.

- Knowledge of the fiduciary landscape and regulatory environment in Europe.
