About the Role

As Head of Finance , you will lead our financial strategy, operations, and growth. You will design scalable financial processes, ensure liquidity, and partner with leadership to enable Big
Group’s ambitious goals. This is a unique opportunity to shape the finance area of a
- scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Financial Planning & Analysis : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting to provide actionable insights for
  - making.
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management : Ensure liquidity, optimize cash flow, and secure financing to fuel growth.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations : Support
  - raising initiatives and communicate financial performance to key stakeholders (investors, banks, board).
• Team Development : Build, mentor, and develop a
  - performing finance team, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Financial Operations & Compliance : Oversee processes, audits, and risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in senior financial roles. Experience in
  - driven or scaling companies is a plus.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling finance teams.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in leveraging technology for financial operations and reporting.
