Mission

As Head of Growth Marketing , you will own our growth engine - driving demand, building brand authority, and scaling a

This is a pivotal leadership role for a builder who can set strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute, shaping demand generation, brand awareness, and

What you would do on a daily basis

• Build and optimize demand generation and ABM strategies targeting enterprise clients
• Position Flow
  X. AI as the leader in agentic AI for financial services
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships
• Manage and scale a marketing team, implementing AI-driven ops and systems
• Partner with Sales and Product to align

Who you are

• 5+ years in B2B Saa
  S marketing/growth (fintech, AI, or enterprise software a plus)
• Strong ability to translate complex tech into clear business outcomes
• Data-driven, entrepreneurial, and hands‑on leader
