Brief Description of the role:
As
Head of Growth Portugal
, you will be responsible for developing and implementing key aspects of Atlante's growth strategy, with a specific focus on the creation and development of sites forming the backbone of the charging station network. You will define strategies and processes to ensure the company's acquisition goals are met, adapting Atlante's business model to the local context and contributing to the company's positioning as a key player in the CPO market. A key aspect of the role involves building strong partnerships in the B2B segment to attract new customers to the Atlante network, reinforcing our positioning as an EMSP.
Value Creation:
This role enables the strategic expansion of Atlante's infrastructure network by securing
- potential sites, building strong partnerships, and ensuring scalable,
- effective acquisition processes that support
- term growth and market leadership in Portugal.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop acquisition strategies and processes to meet national growth targets, with a specific focus on building a network of private partners.
- Develop acquisition strategies and processes to meet national growth targets, with a specific focus in the B2B market to attract new customers to the Atlante network (EMSP role).
- Collaborate closely with the Country CEO, marketing lead, and central teams to define and implement shared objectives.
- Lead internal resources and external collaborators, providing strategic direction and operational support.
- Support the development of clear and
- defined commercial proposals and strategic partnership approaches within the CPO market. - Provide feedback to commercial, public policy, and development teams to support continuous improvement and optimization of site selection and development.
- Contribute to strategic decisions and the definition of revenue targets, strategies, and processes.
- Design, study, and implement new acquisition models with key stakeholders at both national and international levels.
- Contribute to the creation or improvement of digital tools and systems as part of your work culture.
- Promote a
- effectiveness culture to benefit the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site acquisition, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or mobility sectors is a plus
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to design scalable acquisition models.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM platforms (e. G. , Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
