Role Description
We are looking for a Head of Growth. In this role, you’ll lead brand engagements and creator partnerships, and ensure campaign execution.
You’ll use Nixar’s AI-driven platform to match brands with the right creators, optimize campaigns for performance and ROI, and build term relationships that fuel business growth. This is an on role that blends strategic thinking, relationship management, and informed execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Own and define Nixar’s influencer marketing strategy, setting
- term vision, goals, and KPIs. - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of influencer marketing managers, ensuring class execution.
- Establish and nurture value,
- term partnerships with top brands and creators. - Oversee strategic planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns to maximize performance, efficiency, and ROI.
- Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and systems that improve team productivity and quality.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and creative teams to align brand, creator, and business goals.
- Guide contract negotiations, pricing frameworks, and budget allocations.
- Analyze performance trends and market insights to influence product development and company strategy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or growth marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in creator ecosystems, base marketing, and DTC growth strategies.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop performing teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and level stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical, with experience using performance data to drive strategy and making.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
- You are (or have been) a creator, giving you firsthand insight into the creator economy.
- You’ve worked at a growing startup or at a brand/agency that scaled influencer operations.
- You bring a strong network across creators, agencies, and brand partners.
