About the Role

Join our Credit & Regulatory Reporting team and play a key role in risk management and regulatory compliance. You’ll support BASEL IV implementation, calculate and analyze Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), and contribute to senior management reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement aftercare processes for BASEL IV disclosures.
• Analyze differences between BASEL III and BASEL IV regulations.
• Support production exercises and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with internal controls and process optimization.
• Prepare and organize Senior Management committee materials.

You Should Have

• 3–4 years in Risk, Finance, or Audit/Assurance (banking sector).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Risk (Standard & IRBA) and BASEL III/IV frameworks.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel), SQL, MS Access ;
  
  
  
  Business Objects is a plus.
• Fluent in English ;
  
  
  
  professional working proficiency in Portuguese.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
