We are looking for a Head of IT Development to join our client, a leading company in the banking sector.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in creating a new technological hub within the Group, supporting the definition of the roadmap, priorities, work methodologies, and best practices.
• Coordinate internal and external technical teams primarily focused on software development.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Network and Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, especially in web and mobile architectures, with at least 3 years in team leadership roles.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, and. NET.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Node. js, React. js, Bootstrap, etc.
• Experience with relational and
  - relational databases, system architecture discussions, and API platform implementation.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Dev
  Sec
  Ops, CI/CD pipelines, application security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Infrastructure knowledge, including servers, networks, and Linux/Windows OS.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong results orientation, time management, and task prioritization skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change, with conflict mediation skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
