We are looking for a Head of IT Development to join the team of our client – a reference company in the banking sector.

Participate in creating a new technological hub within the Group, supporting the definition of roadmap, priorities, work methodologies, and best practices;
Coordinate internal and external technical teams focused on software development.

Degree in Computer Engineering, Network and Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar;
Minimum 3 years of experience in team leadership roles within software development, focusing on web and mobile architectures;
Experience in the financial industry is valued;
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C, and. NET;
Knowledge of frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Node. js, React. js, Bootstrap;
Experience with relational and
- relational databases, system architecture discussions, and API platform implementation;
Familiarity with microservices architectures and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);
Understanding of Dev
Sec
Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, application security, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
Infrastructure knowledge including servers, networks, and Linux/Windows OS;
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, using tools like Jira and Confluence;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Results-oriented with effective time management and task prioritization;
Adaptability, conflict resolution skills, and quick learning abilities;
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
