• Capacity & Resource planning
• S&OP process
• Customer Logistics Management
• Production & Material Planning
• Warehouse Operations Management (Inbound, Warehousing, Production Material Supply, Outbound, Packaging)
• Logistics system establishment and development
• Supply Chain Management in line with Sales, Purchasing and Quality
• Inventory Management

Skills

• 7+ years Automotive and/or Logstics experience
• Experience deploying PDP in automotive
• Functional Expertise to implement Standard Work at Logistics operations
• Customer Requirements Management and MMOG knowledge
• Excellent MS Office skills
• CAD drawing/reading experience
• Experience in team management
• Deep understanding of PDP package
• Deep Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001
• Communication skills for internal and external interfaces
• Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations
• Ability to work efficiently within a matrix management organization
• Ability to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned tasks forward
• Persistance and perseverance
