We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Head of manufacturing for a technology company that manufactures electronic equipment and systems. This position is responsible for managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and organizing the work of the workshop. The candidate should have experience in production management, be
- versed in technical documentation, and possess strong team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning, organization and control of production processes, from prototyping to mass production

2. Managing the production team: setting tasks, allocating resources, and training staff

3. Ensuring timely and
- quality implementation of production plans, monitoring compliance with deadlines

4. Implementation of LEAN approaches, optimization of production flows and cost reduction.

5. Monitoring compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110) at all stages of production

6. Participation in the preparation for internal and external audits, technical inspections, certifications

7. Communication with the supply, quality, and engineering departments to coordinate specifications and changes

8. Support of the technical accounting system, reporting, and production workload planning

Preferred Background:

1. Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's degree) in the following fields:

Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering / Instrumentation, Production Engineering, Automation, Production Technology

2. Additional education: IPC Certified Specialist, Lean Manufacturing, ISO/AQAP Internal Auditor

3. English and Portuguese at B2+ level: technical communication, reading standards

4. At least 3 years of experience in production units (electronics, mechatronics, instrumentation, defense products)

5. Knowledge of the full production cycle: from prototyping to launching mass production

6. Knowledge of quality standards: ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110 - creation, implementation, support

7. Basic knowledge of soldering technologies, assembly, testing of electronics, application of IPC standards

8. Skills in people management, goal setting, and performance evaluation (KPI, OEE, NCR)
