We’re now looking for a strategic and
- on Head of Marketing to lead our
- performance teams and drive forward our growth roadmap.
As Head of Marketing, you will own the
- funnel performance strategy, leading a team of channel specialists to deliver scalable acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll bring
- channel expertise, a sharp analytical mindset, and strong operational focus to maximize ROI and unlock new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the
- channel growth strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile UA, and Affiliates. - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketers and channel leads.
- Develop
- and
- term performance goals, forecasts, and roadmaps. - Align marketing strategy with business objectives and client KPIs.
Channel Management
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across:
- Paid Search – Google Ads, Bing Ads
- Paid Social – Meta, Tik
Tok, Snap, Linked
In - Mobile UA – Programmatic platforms & DSPs
- Affiliates – Networks and partnerships
- Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and tech teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive,
- performing, and scalable.
Analytics & Reporting
- Lead budget planning, spend allocation, and performance tracking across all acquisition channels.
- Produce regular reporting on CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other key funnel metrics to guide
- making and strategy optimization.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing leadership across multiple channels (experience in social gaming, gaming, or gambling preferred).
- Strong track record of driving scalable growth and ROI.
- Deep knowledge of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Tik
Tok, programmatic DSPs, affiliate networks). - Analytical and
- driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategy. - Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a
