Head of Marketing
Porameta Developments is an international investment & brokerage firm connecting Portuguese commercial assets with global investors (U. S. & Asia) and empowering national manufacturers through elite trade delegations to the major expos across Taiwan, China, and Japan.
We are a new, ambitious,
- performance company with a vision to become one of the most respected players in international expansion and brokerage.
We are looking for a visionary, strategic, and
- driven marketing leader to build our marketing department from the ground up.
You will shape our brand, drive lead generation, and position Porameta as the benchmark for international brokerage and Asia-Pacific trade facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Build and own our full marketing strategy across both verticals: Commercial Brokerage and Trade Delegations.
- Lead Generation: Launch
- performance B2B campaigns (Linked
In, Google Ads, Email, SEO) to attract property owners and delegation applicants. - Product Launch: Lead the marketing rollout of our Asia-Pacific Access Program, including trade show packages for Portuguese manufacturers.
- Brand & Content: Define a premium, trusted global brand identity and oversee creation of
- impact content, website, brochures, and video scripts. - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Marketing & Content Coordinator, ensuring
- tier execution across digital, video, and events. - Analytics: Track ROI, optimize ad spend, and present performance KPIs to the Director.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B Marketing experience in services, real estate, investment, or consulting.
- Hands-on mastery of Linked
In Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM & Automations . - Ability to operate both strategically and
- on, this is a builder role. - Experience in international markets or
- border business is a strong plus. - Fluent Portuguese + C1/C2 English with excellent storytelling and communication.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
- Availability to travel.
