THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and
- driven Head of Marketplace to own and lead the Marketplace P&L — driving sustainable growth in GMV, Net Revenue, and Contribution Margin. You will define and execute the marketplace strategy, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial objectives, while scaling
- quality, bookable supply and delivering exceptional value to customers and partners.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Own the Marketplace P&L — deliver against GMV, Net Revenue, and Contribution Margin targets.
• Define and execute the Marketplace growth strategy, ensuring commercial, operational, and financial alignment.
• Scale supply quality and quantity, ensuring a healthy balance across markets and segments.
• Optimize take rate and pricing strategy to enhance profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Lead
  - functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to accelerate marketplace performance.
• Develop, coach, and manage a
