Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Resilience Specialist to join our growing Wealth Management business. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of International Wealth Management, this role is critical in strengthening Al
Ti’s operational resilience framework to meet regulatory expectations, such as US, UK and the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements, and to ensure the firm’s continued ability to deliver essential services in the face of disruptions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational resilience and continuity in a financial services context, including, but not limited to, risk management, business continuity, ICT/cyber resilience frameworks, as well as the governing regulatory regimes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Al
Ti's Operational Resilience, Regulatory Compliance frameworks and continuity plans. - Translate complex regulatory requirements (e. G. DORA, SEC/FINRA, FCA, SOX, GDPR) into actionable policies, controls, and operational practices across business and technology domains.
- Oversee regulatory readiness assessments, internal and external audits, and remediation programs, ensuring continuous alignment with global standards and supervisory expectations.
- Serve as the executive lead for incident response, crisis management, and
- incident reviews, ensuring timely escalation, root cause analysis, and regulatory reporting. - Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Business stakeholders to embed compliance and resilience into enterprise architecture, vendor management, and cloud strategies.
- Lead
- party risk management and assessments and ensure critical service providers meet contractual and regulatory resilience and security obligations. - Develop and deliver Board-level and regulatory reporting on resilience posture, cyber risk, compliance status, and audit outcomes.
- Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments and proactively update internal frameworks, controls, and training programs.
- Champion a culture of compliance and resilience through training, awareness, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in operational resilience, regulatory compliance, or cybersecurity within financial services or wealth management.
- Proven leadership with high responsibilities, including security governance, regulatory implementation, and enterprise risk management, reporting to C-Level
- Deep expertise in DORA, NIS2, US SEC/FINRA, UK FCA, SOX, GDPR, and other EU and global regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in translating regulatory obligations into
- wide controls and operational practices. - Strong background in IT service continuity, incident response,
- party risk, and data protection. - Extensive experience in executive and regulatory reporting, including preparation of Board-level dashboards, audit documentation, and compliance briefings.
- Experience with resilience and audit platforms (e. G. , Fusion, Archer, Service
Now). - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Ability to work with technology teams to design and embed resilience into cloud strategy, infrastructure, and application architecture resilience.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CBCI/AMBCI/MBCI, ISO 22301/27001 Auditor are a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential
