We’re combining deep clinical expertise with AI-powered infrastructure to revolutionize patient outcomes in a space where it matters most.

Now, we're looking for a Head of Operations to lead the charge on:

• Scaling
  - performance clinics across Europe
• Embedding smart systems into every layer of care delivery
• Leading
  - functional teams through complexity, compliance, and change
• Turning playbooks into performance and growth into infrastructure
• This is a remote role based within the EU and will require occasional travel to sites across Europe.

Your background?

• 5–10+ years in healthcare ops leadership ideally private clinics, medtech, or hospital environments
• Proven track record managing multiple sites or scaling service delivery
• Fluent in process, metrics, P&L, and performance
• Obsessed with execution and speed, but never at the cost of care

Bonus points if you bring:

• IVF or OB-GYN experience
• Exposure to VC/PE-backed growth
• Familiarity with AI-native tools or clinic software systems
