We’re looking for a strategic and
- on Head of Operations to lead and scale our
- channel food business. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across production , delivery , Uber Kitchen , pop-up sites , B2B , logistics , supplier relationships , and inventory , ensuring smooth, efficient, and
- quality output across the board.

• Manage production schedules and ensure consistency in dumplings, sauces, and other products.
• Collaborate with the kitchen manager to uphold food quality, prep efficiency, and hygiene compliance.

- quality output across the board.

• Manage production schedules and ensure consistency in dumplings, sauces, and other products.
• Collaborate with the kitchen manager to uphold food quality, prep efficiency, and hygiene compliance.

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from the central kitchen to all entities (Uber Kitchen,
  - ups, delivery partners, B2B clients).
• Optimize delivery schedules, ensure cold chain integrity, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
• Track stock movement and reduce loss or waste across the supply chain.

• Lead
  -
  - day operations of the Uber Kitchen, ensuring fast,
  - quality, and consistent service.
• Liaise with delivery platforms and ensure customer experience KPIs are met.

• Run daily logistics, staffing, and service for seasonal
  - up locations.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners on shared infrastructure and compliance.
• Manage inventory rotation and daily sales targets.

• Manage fulfillment of B2B orders, including packaging, logistics, and client delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with the founder on identifying, developing, and closing new B2B opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of service and reliability to support
  - term partnerships.
• Ensure operations are ready to support scaling B2B volumes smoothly.

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and materials.
• Maintain quality, availability, and
  - efficiency across all inputs.
• Oversee purchasing and stock levels across all operational locations.

• Recruit, train, and lead operational staff across production, logistics, and
  -
  - house roles.
• Set and review KPIs, build a
  - performance culture, and foster team ownership.

• Forecast demand and align resources accordingly.
• Generate reports on food cost, delivery metrics, wastage, and performance.
• Continually improve workflows and introduce systems that support scale.

• 5+ years of experience in
  - site food, hospitality, or production operations.
• Strong knowledge of food logistics, supplier management, and inventory systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory — must be comfortable driving when needed).
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Sheets, POS systems, and inventory software.
• Bonus points for experience with dark kitchens,
  - ups, or B2B food production and sales.
