About the role

Head of Partnerships,
- 'll own and scale two of Emma-'s most powerful and complementary levers for growth: Affiliate Marketing and Reputation.

This role is perfect for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader eager to drive both
- term performance and
- term brand credibility across Europe.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing (Europe) – Consolidate, Scale, Dominate

• Merge currently fragmented affiliate teams into a unified European structure
• Build and execute a clear roadmap for affiliate growth across markets and partners
• Innovate in commission models, creative collaborations, and content strategies
• Expand our presence on loyalty and perks platforms (e. g. Corporate Benefits), reaching 80%+ of relevant audiences and maximizing revenue per user
• Own and expand Emma-'s Share of Voice (SOV) for intent keywords like "best mattress" by securing dominant visibility on key affiliate websites
• Explore expansion into new categories via
  - driven partnerships (e. g. , pillows, bed linen)

Reputation – Rebrand and Expand Top Five

• Restructure Top Five into Emma-'s Reputation Team focused on authority and discoverability
• Own and grow Emma-'s visibility on review platforms (e. g. Trustpilot, marketplaces), creator content (You
  Tube, Tik
  Tok, Reddit), and forums
• Explore brand discoverability on AI-driven platforms where visibility depends on authority and trustworthiness
• Evolve Top Five from a comparison site into a scalable content and authority engine by partnering with creators or
  - party brands, monetizing Emma listings, and localizing content per market strategy
• Develop reporting systems to track reputation exposure and sentiment across digital channels

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, or a similar leadership role
• Proven track record in leading
  - performing teams across markets and functions
• Demonstrated success in B2B relationship management within commerce or marketplace environments
• A mix of analytical thinking and creative
  - solving to drive strategy and innovation
• Understanding of affiliate business models, performance metrics, and partner platforms (e. g. Awin, Daisycon, Amazon) is a plus
• Experience with review platforms, content partnerships, SEO, or influencer ecosystems is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a
  - paced, growth environment
