The Constellation Technology Team provides a group‑wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group. This includes the following divisions BCA UK, We Buy Any Car, cinch and Marshall.

Our roles support both a cross section of divisions or could be dedicated to a single division. This also provides the possibility to change roles within the Group, and experience new challenges and opportunities.

About the role

We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead our Product Teams, providing strategic direction and delivering business and customer value at pace. Collaborating closely with the wider product and engineering functions, as well as, our commercial and operations teams the Head of Product leads the team to execute against our strategy, and deliver the right commercial outcomes and customer benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a tribe of 4‑6 squads, you will own the vision and strategy for your tribe, whilst being hands‑on and collaborating closely with the wider cinch teams
• Build and articulate the vision for your group of products to a growing team, breaking delivery down into meaningful and achievable goals
• Works with commercial leaders and Heads of Product to lead the development of the short‑and long‑term product and digital strategy in alignment with company’s overall strategy and vision to grow the profitability and customer base.
• Ensure that prioritisation is done effectively and in alignment with business’s requirements and ambitions.
• Planning the pipeline of delivery for your products, working closely with other tribes and stakeholders to manage dependencies and overlapping user journeys
• Lead a key area of a greenfield product, aided by a talented multidisciplinary team (Engineers, Product Designers, and Data Analysts)
• Drive the best user experience through our digital platforms, to ensure an efficient and frictionless experience
• Create a 360‑degree landscape of requirements of the all BCA current and future products, services and digital assets by objectively assessing the needs and demands of all internal and external stakeholders. This includes driver, dealers, OEMs, employees and other areas of Constellation.
• Work with the Product Director to define and successfully manage the budget from the Product & Engineering function.
• Act as a thought leader and represent Constellation Product in external events and customer engagements.
