Your role in our team
As the
Head of Product Management, you will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of our product portfolio, including but not limited to MES systems. You will be responsible for defining product vision, aligning
- functional teams, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers while maintaining regulatory compliance (e. g. , Gx
P, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).
Your Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and market needs
Identify emerging trends in pharma manufacturing and digital transformation to inform product innovation
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts, ensuring that they can develop to their full potential. In addition, you will also plan staffing needs
Be the central point of contact for resolving problems and challenges that are escalated by your teams
Foster a culture of
- centricity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and validate product direction
Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and regulatory teams to deliver
- quality, compliant software solutions
Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the voice of the product in executive meetings, customer engagements, and industry events
Ensure clear communication of product priorities, progress, and outcomes across the organization
Your profile
Proven experience (8+ years) in product management, ideally in MES or enterprise software for regulated industries
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements
Strong leadership and
- building skills
Excellent communication with fluency in english, strategic thinking, and
- making abilities
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e. g. , Jira, Aha!, Confluence)
Familiarity with ISA-95, GAMP 5, and other industry standards
Experience working with
- based MES platforms and integration with ERP/LIMS systems
Familiar to work in a multicultural environment, with teams geographically distributed and in a matrixed environment
