About Spotlite

Spotlite uses satellite imagery and AI to help infrastructure operator, including roads, railways, powerlines, and pipelines, detect risks early and improve how they manage their networks. We monitor ground motion, vegetation growth, and structural risks to reduce costs and prevent failures.

Our platform integrates with asset management systems, providing actionable insights and helping clients make smarter, faster decisions. We've helped avoid millions in outages and cut inspection costs by up to 75%. Our tech is already live across 50, 000+ km of infrastructure.

We've raised over €2M to date and are currently raising a €3. 5M round, bringing total funding to €5M+ by the end of the year.

We're looking for a Head of Product to help us scale. Someone who can define and lead our product strategy, build a strong product team, and bring clarity and focus to how we solve customer problems.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Lead the product org. Manage and mentor PMs, designers, customer success, and delivery teams. Fill gaps with smart hiring or process.
• Bring the product to market. Work with marketing and sales to define positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy. Ensure launches are crisp and measurable.
• Set the product vision and make sure everyone's aligned, from the CEO to the newest engineer.
• Keep our roadmap sharp, realistic, and valuable. Know what to build, why, and when.
• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, validation, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Work closely with our UI/UX designer, Customer Success, and Delivery team. You'll be their compass and coach.
• Talk to customers. A lot. Figure out what matters to them and translate that into features and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Geospatial/AI, Sales, and Marketing to get great ideas out the door, fast.
• Track performance. Define and own product success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, NPS) and share insights with the leadership team.
• Help our delivery team hit the mark for every customer project.

About You

• You've done this before. Head of Product, VP Product, or something similar, ideally at a B2B Saa
  S or data company.
• You've taken products from zero to one (and beyond). Roadmaps and launches are your jam.
• You understand infrastructure, GIS, Io
  T, or similar technical domains. Bonus if you know Earth Observation.
• You're great at leading teams, aligning stakeholders, and telling a story that moves people.
• You think in user flows, not just feature lists. UX matters to you.
• You're comfortable in startup land:
  - paced, resourceful, messy, exciting.
