Working schedule: Full time.

Start date: June / July 2025

End date: Full-time 2025 season ends in October, with some ongoing work in
- season. Ideally, with a view to continuing in 2026.

Since launching in 2021 we've hosted around 200
- air shows, with 35, 000+ visitors, and inhabited some of the city’s most enigmatic locations. Most importantly, we have had some amazing people join us on our team. People full of the skills, energy and enthusiasm that make our events come alive! Now, we are looking for another inspiring soul to join us as Head of Production. Someone who is passionate about creating amazing events, and growing with us as we expand. If that sounds like you, and you have then we want to hear from you!

Aims of the role:

You will be the operational maestro that puts our plans into action. We are looking for someone who can build on our work until today, and bring forward the experience and expertise to
- up our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Planning,
- production and field production for our
- person events for both public and private clients.

Project management: Overseeing the production process, from
- production, to field, to
- production.

Managing a team of between 6 and 8 events crew.

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and new processes.

Ensuring established quality standards are met, and that our customers have an amazing experience!

Suppliers and partners research and management.

Taking an active role in expansion and development plans.

Venues research and communication.

Production, timetables and payments reports.

Further develop SOPs

Essential requirements. We'd love to talk to you if you have: ✅

Strong leadership and communication skills with teams, customers, and partners.

Previous management and team leadership experience.

Problem-solving and
- making: The ability to identify and resolve problems independently.

At least 3 years of experince leading event production.

Proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Excellent organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable skills and experience

Knowledge of music projects and local musicians.

Experience dealing with public entities

Experience working in projects that are growing and expanding.

An understanding of business.
