We’re looking for a Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations and help scale our impact. If you're a
- on leader with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and coordinate daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage production KPIs, quality control, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams (COO, CTO, QA, logistics, engineering).
• Train and develop a
  - performance production team.
• Oversee project timelines and production flow.

What experience you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment ideally within a biotechnology related industry (highly desirable).
• Strong leadership, communication, and
  - solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and biobased materials.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Slack, and production systems.

● Salary up to €3, 500 pcm (depending on experience) + equity options.
