We’re looking for a

Head of Production

to lead our manufacturing operations and help scale our impact. If you're a
- on leader with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and coordinate daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Drive continuous improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

Manage production KPIs, quality control, and maintenance schedules.

Collaborate with
- functional teams (COO, CTO, QA, logistics, engineering).

Train and develop a
- performance production team.

Oversee project timelines and production flow.

What experience you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.

5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

ideally within a biotechnology related industry

(highly desirable).

Strong leadership, communication, and
- solving skills.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and biobased materials.

Fluent in English and Portuguese.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Slack, and production systems.
