- based binders—delivering high performance without compromising sustainability. We’re looking for a Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations and help scale our impact. If you're a
- on leader with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and coordinate daily production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets. - Drive continuous improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing principles. - Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. - Manage production KPIs, quality control, and maintenance schedules. - Collaborate with
- functional teams (COO, CTO, QA, logistics, engineering). - Train and develop a
- performance production team. - Oversee project timelines and production flow. What experience you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. - 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment ideally within a biotechnology related industry (highly desirable). - Strong leadership, communication, and
- solving skills. - Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and biobased materials. - Fluent in English and Portuguese. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Slack, and production systems. What you’ll get in return for your talents:At Mykor, we provide an engaging and
