We are looking for a Project Manager with a medical background to lead our exciting new project focused on creating
- learning content for medical personnel in Africa. In this role, you'll coordinate a newly formed creative team to deliver
- quality video content, animations, and graphics that complement
- based materials provided by our client. You will be the link between the client and the team, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and
- tier quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Coordination: Build and guide a newly formed creative team, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.

- Project Planning: Develop and manage timelines, workflows, and priorities to deliver content on schedule.

- Client Liaison: Communicate with the client to gather all necessary information and feedback for the team.

- Content Oversight: Oversee the creation of video content, animations, and graphics, ensuring alignment with the project's medical focus.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

- Medical Background: You have experience as a nurse, doctor, or in another healthcare profession and are familiar with medical terminology and processes.

- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage both team dynamics and client relationships effectively.

- People Manager: A natural leader who can inspire and organize a newly formed, diverse team.

- Corporate Experience: Knowledge of corporate workflows and processes.

- Tech-Savvy: Open to working with tools like Zoho and exploring AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
