We are now strengthening our core team with someone who can think as well as build: a strategic enabler who understands senior leaders, appreciates refined environments, and can translate vision into coherent programme design while contributing meaningfully to business development. This role is not operational support. It is a
- architect position at a formative moment.

Programme Design & Development
Co-create
- circle leadership residencies shaped around succession, alignment, legacy, and clarity.
Residency Architecture
Craft the arc of each residency — content, dialogue, extraordinary destination, and faculty — into an experience that feels purposeful and quietly elevated.
Business Development & Growth Intelligence
Support
- led growth through
- driven BD: identifying aligned clients, cultivating partnerships, preparing tailored materials, and contributing to discreet
- level conversations. No
- selling — this is
- based and strategic.
Partnership Cultivation
Build and maintain relationships with facilitators, convening circles, institutions, and destination partners whose calibre enhances the quality of our work.
Editorial & Narrative Alignment
Ensure our programmes, materials, and environments reflect a coherent tone — thoughtful, refined, and distinctly Paresa Collection.

Guide the

Who This Is For
Your background may sit in leadership advisory, experiential learning, executive education, luxury hospitality, or a boutique consultancy — but the underlying pattern is the same:
You know how to create
meaningful
- level experiences, and you are comfortable contributing to
relationship-led business development.
You may have:
Designed executive or
- level programmes at a business school or advisory firm
Crafted offsites, learning journeys, or curated convenings for C-suite leaders
Supported senior clients within leadership advisory or boutique search
Worked in
- touch environments where service, setting, and story converge
Contributed to BD by preparing proposals, shaping partnerships, or supporting founders in client conversations
Regardless of your path, you:
Are confident engaging senior leaders, principals, and board directors
Understand how to shape a room — its intention, energy, and arc
Bring a natural BD sensibility — discerning, subtle, and

Thrive in environments where clarity, accountability, and autonomy matter
Prefer influence over hierarchy, and creation over instruction
We welcome profiles with
4–12+ years
of relevant experience — whether stepping into more strategic ownership or entering a second chapter with deeper intent.
