A Snapshot of Your Day

You will partner with Siemens Energy global Real Estate teams and business' to provide transactional support for global Real Estate processes and important, visible financial data that steers business decisions and monitors performance. You will identify and maintain Real Estate reporting solutions to outstanding class information flows. Real Estate is a central function in Siemens Energy managing the combined Real Estate footprint of Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa and financial responsibility for costs and CAPEX of over € 1 billion each per annum. Joining the Real Estate finance Leadership team entails leading a diverse group, collaborating with senior managers, and reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate FIN.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Your global team is the backbone for the RE value flow and efficiency of RE processes worldwide. You will develop an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture where collaboration thrives. You will set clear goals, objectives and expectations and supervise performance to empower and reward team
• SC will be an incubator for feeding talent into the RE organization therefore a key part of the role will be to identify training needs and offering support to improve team skills. This will range from technical, soft and networking development.
• Provide information that supports the RE value flow to ensure clean books & records.
• Drive a
  - performance & inclusive culture of business excellence and continuous improvement, empowering and motivating employees. Always looking for process simplifications, improvements and automation opportunities while recognizing and promoting talent.
• Simplify, automate, and digitalize RE processes. Support optimizing the RE FIN IT-system-landscape and processes, in collaboration with the other RE teams. Proactively streamline and ensure practical, efficient global RE Finance Processes and Standards
• Implement operational control and quality of the use of the General Ledger for the SE RE
• Oversea operational control and quality of Contract Management
• Ensure that the internal and external billing of fixed and variable charges is performed with high quality and according to the defined budget
• Report and validate data transmitted via interfaces to other reporting systems
• Provide periodic reporting of all contract management activities (Space, vacancy, etc).
