Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor
- line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for a Risk Manager to sit within the first line of defence and own business risk management processes across our crypto entities.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing the consistency and effectiveness of the entire first line of defence for crypto entities
• Working closely with key
  - line functions, coordinating with Business Risk Managers in each of them
• Collaborating with stakeholders to refine and improve how risks are assessed and managed, including how to handle, report, and prioritise risk issues and incidents
• Delivering effective crypto risk management frameworks and minimising risk issues/incidents
• Helping to define and execute the growth required in this space, aligning with business needs and regulator expectations
• Creating and enforcing guidelines and risk frameworks for our first line of defence
• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing operational risks
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls
• Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
• Registering risk events
• Managing and delivering risk incident reports

What you’ll need

• A university degree in a relevant area (finance, economics, etc. )
• 7+ years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, or management consulting, preferably in crypto, wealth and trading, or financial services
• Exposure to banking operations and crypto regulations
• Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data
• A solid track record of achievement, backed by compelling and material individual contributions
• The ability to quickly and proactively learn and assume increasing responsibilities
• An organised and methodological approach
• Dynamic interpersonal skills
