Head of Sales

We’re seeking a strategic,
- on Head of Sales with a proven track record of leading
- performing teams and driving revenue growth in the European banking and financial services sector. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in
- paced environments and is ready to take full ownership of the sales function, from strategic planning and pipeline generation to team building and enterprise deal execution.

You will be responsible for scaling the sales organisation, setting and executing against ambitious growth targets, and partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to drive predictable, repeatable revenue. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with deep enterprise sales experience, has a strong understanding of B2B Saa
S sales cycles and financial services buying dynamics, and possesses advanced or fluent proficiency in both English and German.
