Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead our commercial efforts, with a primary focus on inbound lead conversion and pipeline optimization, while also developing a solid outbound foundation. You will take full ownership of the sales strategy, build and scale the team, and work closely with marketing and product to maximize conversion across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the full sales strategy with a strong emphasis on inbound lead conversion and nurturing
- Build and manage the sales team, including SDRs and AEs, with clear KPIs and coaching frameworks
- Optimize inbound lead processes, ensuring fast response times, effective qualification, and high close rates
- Implement scalable lead management systems, playbooks, and workflows to handle growing inbound volume
- Collaborate closely with marketing to align on lead quality, targeting, messaging, and funnel optimization
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards
- Lay the groundwork for a structured outbound motion to complement inbound growth
- Share customer insights with product and operations to improve user experience and retention
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, with proven success in outbound B2B sales
- Experience in fintech, ideally in payments or business banking
- Comfortable building and scaling a sales team from the ground up
- Data-driven and fluent in using CRM tools (Hub
Spot, Salesforce, or similar) - Strong communicator and team leader with a
- on approach - Fluent in Portuguese and English
