The Banking Operations department is known for its tailor‑made services and high customer satisfaction. Nearly 200 employees work together in Switzerland and Singapore to support demanding clients. ? The Role
The Head of Securities will develop and lead the Securities function from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with the Swiss team. The role is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsibilities- Process and control the Securities function covering Masterfile, Settlement & Derivatives, Transfer, Corporate Actions and Income Tax. - Ensure efficiency, productivity and high delivery quality for Azqore’s clients. - Provide technical expertise and solutions to clients in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner. - Manage budget and financial trajectory for the Securities department. - Manage Securities Operations function;

- Fluency in English and French. - Bachelor’s degree (Master preferred), preferably in accountancy, banking or finance. - At least 10 years of relevant experience in Securities Operations and 5 years of people management. - Excellent communication skills;
