What you will do:
- Shape the Future: Develop social media strategies that actively drive change—covering AI, the Creator Economy, Social Selling (Tik
Tok Shop, etc. ), Retail & Commerce Media, and
- channel approaches - Enable & Support the Team: Act as a sparring partner for the team, build knowledge, provide impulses, and help foster both creative and consulting excellence
- Drive State-of-the-Art Excellence: Bring the latest trends, tools, and technologies into our creative and consulting work
- Deliver Business Impact: Understand how content and advertising interact along the customer journey to generate measurable value for our clients
- Establish New Processes: Implement new workflows and ways of working that meet the demands of a rapidly changing market
- Consult Key Clients: Be the
- to advisor for our key accounts, confidently presenting innovative social media solutions
Requirements
What we expect:
- Proven Leadership: Several years of experience in social media strategy and team leadership, ideally in an agency or brand environment
- Strategic Vision: Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem,
- specific trends (Meta, Tik
Tok, You
Tube, etc. ), and the ability to anticipate and drive market change - Innovation & Curiosity: Passion for new technologies, AI, and the Creator Economy, with a proactive approach to integrating them into daily work
- Strong Communication: Excellent consulting and client management skills, able to lead
- level conversations and influence decisions - Team Empowerment: Track record of building, mentoring, and inspiring
- performing teams - Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops, client meetings, and team events
